Via wall units with Ala and Aerius lift-up doors, the New Logica System allows the house proud owner to conceal everything in an instant, or to display the kitchen equipment with the built in lighting.
The video is rather long, but watch and you’ll understand my lust for this kitchen. I have a feeling that the New Logica System by Italian kitchen manufacturer Valcucine could be more substance over form though… perhaps simply cos I’ve never met a ‘minimalist’ cook. But it is undeniably gorgeous and looks well equipped to deal with most kitchen needs… anything from roller pin to wine chiller is available… As Valcucine notes, “the back section is capable of containing and concealing, when necessary, all the kitchen equipment: the dish-drainer, weighing scales, small appliances, removable cooking receptacles, bottle-racks, power sockets, a monitor, a kitchen roll holder, the tap, hooks for utensils and even a cooker hood“.
I spot 3 important missing equipment tho… a proper iPad swivel holder for truly handsfree use by the chef (when referring to the online recipe), equipment for Sous Vide chefs (the Sous Vide Supreme and a vacuum sealer) and lastly, a dish washer. Mmm… enjoy the video and pics that follow!
