Most expensive executive flats in Singapore?

Just wondering if Queenstown has the most expensive HDB executive flats in Singapore, since a neighbour has just sold their executive maisonette (EM) located in my block for $895K.  You have to consider that it is not some rare configuration like those Bishan sky terrace units, and that it is a corridor unit.  And it is not some nicely renovated unit.  Anyway, nothing below $800K for the executive flats in Queenstown this year…

Unfortunately, there are not enough transactions in my neighbourhood to provide a reportable ‘median’ resale price that HDB reports quarterly (see below).  But if I extrapolate from the reported median 4-room flat price and the 5-room flat prices that I know about (easily 800K), then yeah…

Notes:

1 (-) indicates no resale transactions in the quarter
2 Asterisks (” * “) refer to cases where there are less than 20 resale transactions in the quarter for the particular town and flat type. The median prices of these cases are not shown as they may not be representative.
3 The data above excluded transactions that may not accurately reflect the market price; i.e. resale of part shares, resale between related parties, cases under the Conversion Scheme, resale of terrace flats, converted flats and HUDC flats.
4 The figures are rounded to the nearest hundred dollars
