I know, I am starting to sound like a broken record but it’s really the time to shop if you need nice stuff for the home… You know how the buzz/high from shopping is even better if you go early and get the best bargains? Or mabbe just feel light headed after spending too much money, LOL.
So… there is the Grohe warehouse sale at Interior Affairs, which is a MUST go if you like good quality bathroom/kitchen fixtures. Interior Affairs also has a ceramic sale. Highlights for me from both events (held at different locations, check the map!) would be the bathroom/kitchen fixtures at 50% off, like the rainshower set at nearly 50% discount, and the ROCA wall hung toilet with Grohe cistern and wall plate at a relatively cheap $1149. Check out the ad below.
Next… as I’d mentioned last week the Philips Carnival Sale is happening this weekend. If you want lightings, go early cos they seem to run out fast based on the last few sales. Also a good time to get their kitchen (airfryer, blender, juice extractor) and other home appliances like a steam iron, TV, juicer, alarm clocks, vacuum cleaners, shavers, epilators, toothbrushes… yeah, whatever you can think of that’s from Philips at a fairly substantial discount.
And then next week Bo Concept is starting their year-end sale. Preview with 20 + 5% off starts 20th to 22nd Nov, and opens to public thereafter.
I have a feeling this won’t be the end of my ‘go shopping’ posts. Based on experience lots of stores will clear their stocks, and mostly around the same time when they realise that their competitors are having sales… Oh ya, Air Division is also having a sale when I popped by over the weekend, XTRA has the usual items on clearance on their website and some deals for selected items (promos below) (you still need VERY deep pockets tho).
Oh and if you are in the mood for art, the 2012 Affordable Art Fair Singapore (tho actually it’s really not so affordable to most mortals) is happening this weekend at the F1 Pit Building from 15 – 18 November 2012.
Anyone else with good lobangs to share?
