Subjected to HDB approval of course, but one owner managed to get HDB approval for lift installation in his Towner Road maisonette after a year of application back in 2009.
I wonder if that is still the only EM in Singapore with a (hydraulic platform)lift or were there others that followed? The lift was installed by Lift-Mech Engineering if you are interested. It’s power consumption is equivalent to a washing machine, uses a 3 pin plug and cost $60K (back in 2009).
